Societal Dimension of the Role of Experts for Undergraduate Education After the Fukushima NPP Accident

Societal dimension in pedagogical aspectsof the role of experts is discussedthrough the actual studies on undergraduate education after the Fukushima NPP Accident. In recent ICRP reports, the role of "co-expertise" is recapitulated with an indispensable estimation, so as to improve the living conditions of inhabitants after severe nuclear accidents. Likewise, in addition, the role of experts "outside" the affected area should be equally important. This is because the number of such experts is far more numerous in the effect on lay people "outside" the area, and therefore deemed effective in societal dimension. In this paper, the actual studies of such expertise in the case of undergraduate education, totaling 61 graduation theses supervised by the author, is presentedin order to better the social role of experts in an inevitable future of the present world.
原発事故後の大学・学部教育における専門家の社会的役割に関する考察

福島原発事故後の大学・学部教育における専門家の社会的役割について、事例研究を通して議論する。 最近のICRP報告では、原子力災害後の地域住民の生活改善のため、"co-expertise"（共同知）の役割の重要性が強調されている。 しかし同様に重要なことは、「外部」の地域における専門家の社会的役割である。 なぜならそのような専門家の数は、地域支援や生活改善に直接かつ継続的に関わることが出来る専門家に比べて数が多く、したがって「外部」において、社会的影響も大きいと考えられるからである。 そこで本稿では、著者自身の大学・学部教育における実践（総計61編の卒業論文）や研究事例も紹介しつつ、今後も避けられないかもしれない原子力災害の後における、より良い社会と、今後求められるであろう専門家の役割について、考察を深めたい。
